Service Description
SoulNar is a deeply restorative healing session combining guided chakra breathwork, sound healing, and hands-on energy work to clear and rebalance your energetic and emotional field. Together, we gently release stored trauma and stagnant energy held in the body’s memory -energy that, if unaddressed, can manifest as emotional blocks, physical tension, or dis-ease. Working through the chakra system, SoulNar helps you shift into alignment, leaving you feeling lighter, deeply relaxed, and energetically renewed.

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to work with Nurtured Heart Living. Below are a few simple guidelines to support a smooth and respectful experience for everyone. ONLINE HEALINGS - Online bookings are available for distance healing sessions and select offerings - Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all necessary details - Please ensure you are in a quiet, comfortable space for your session and arrive (online) a few minutes early IN PERSON HEALINGS - In-person sessions are held at our location on the Mornington Peninsula, VIC only - Bookings are essential and can be made via the online system or by messaging directly - There is a $50 deposit for bookings made online with the balance at the time of your appointment - Please arrive on time and allow a few minutes to settle before your session begins GROUP CLASSES AND EVENTS - Events such as cacao ceremonies, women’s circles, and group Reiki shares must be pre-booked to secure your place - Spaces are limited and often fill quickly, early booking is encouraged - Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you can no longer attend, so your space can be offered to another CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING - Life happens - we understand! - If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice - Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a fee or forfeiture of your deposit, unless it's due to emergency - No-shows without notice are non-refundable Every session and circle is created with care and intention.
